Indications
Ultibro Breezhaler is indicated for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in adults. This medication is used to help improve lung function and reduce symptoms of the disease, such as shortness of breath and coughing. The use of Ultibro Breezhaler is recommended as part of a comprehensive treatment regimen that includes non-pharmacological measures. Additionally, it can be used as maintenance therapy in COPD patients who require additional treatment to control their symptoms.
Composition
Each Ultibro Breezhaler capsule contains 110 mcg of Indacaterol and 50 mcg of Glycopyrronium.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Indacaterol, Glycopyrronium, or any of the excipients in the formulation. Its use is not recommended in patients with asthma or in those who require treatment with beta-blocker medications.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, hypertension, or those at risk of glaucoma. Clinical response should be monitored and therapy adjusted if necessary. The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Ultibro Breezhaler should not be used as a rescue treatment for the relief of acute episodes of bronchospasm.
Storage
Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 °C. Keep the product in its original packaging and out of reach of children.
