What do I need to refill my prescription at WeCare Pharma?

In accordance with national regulations, it is essential that you present your medical prescription for all medications outside of fractions V and VI in accordance with Article 226 of the General Health Law. For long-distance sales, we will provide you with the channels for receiving it. If you do not have one and require a highly specialized medication, contact us; we can schedule a medical evaluation with our staff or refer you to the best specialists in Los Cabos.

Do you ship to my city?

Yes, we ship to all of Mexico.

How will my medication be shipped?

Within the cities of San José del Cabo, Cabo San Lucas, and La Paz, personalized deliveries will be scheduled at the time agreed upon with you when your order is confirmed. For the rest of the country, we use national parcel services such as DHL, FedEx, and Estafeta.

What payment options do I have for my medications?

We accept credit and debit cards, in-branch deposits, electronic transfers, cash payments, and money orders through the PayPal platform.

Can cold chain medicines be shipped?

Yes, shipments of medications that require a cold chain are made in insulated containers with refrigerants to ensure their preservation. For shipments outside San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, express parcel service with next-day delivery is used and is limited to Monday through Thursday. Contact us for more information.

What happens if I encounter a problem when receiving my order?

How can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Click on Billing and enter your information and your purchase details or a photo of your receipt; we will gladly send you your invoice as soon as possible.

Can I return medication?

Our policies do not allow for the return of medications. Our supply chain is tightly controlled to ensure the quality and authenticity of each of our products, so once they leave our facilities, we cannot accept them back. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask you to review your final quote before confirming your order. For other products, please contact us.

What is the cost of the medical consultation service?

The service is always free. You only pay for your medication.
