Indications
Triplixam is indicated for the treatment of high blood pressure in adult patients. The combination of perindopril, indapamide, and amlodipine allows for effective blood pressure control, acting through different mechanisms. This medication can be used in patients with essential hypertension and in those with cardiovascular risk factors. Additionally, its use is suggested in patients who do not achieve adequate blood pressure control with monotherapy. The dose should be adjusted according to the individual patient's response and under medical supervision.
Composition
Each tablet contains: Perindopril 5 mg, Arginine 1.25 mg, Indapamide 5 mg, Amlodipine 5 mg.
Contraindications
Triplixam is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, those with a history of angioedema associated with previous treatments with angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors, aortic stenosis, severe renal insufficiency, and in pregnant or breastfeeding women. It is also contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic disease.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in the use of Triplixam in patients with a history of angioedema, liver diseases, renal insufficiency, and in those who are being treated with diuretics. It is advisable to monitor renal function and blood electrolytes during treatment. The possibility of hypotension in dehydrated patients or those receiving diuretics before starting treatment should be considered.

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, protected from light and out of reach of children.
