Indications
Supradol (Ketorolac) is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe acute pain, including the management of postoperative pain. Its use is appropriate in situations such as dental pain, musculoskeletal pain, and in surgical procedures where effective pain control is required. Additionally, it can be used in the treatment of painful crises in patients with renal or menstrual colic. The efficacy of Ketorolac is due to its anti-inflammatory and analgesic action, making it a useful agent in the treatment of acute pain.
Composition
Each Supradol ampoule contains 60 mg of Ketorolac tromethamine as the active ingredient, as well as excipients necessary for its formulation.
Contraindications
Supradol is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to Ketorolac or any of the formulation's components. It should not be administered to patients with active peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, or those with severe renal insufficiency. Its use is prohibited in the third trimester of pregnancy and in patients who have received other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) due to an increased risk of adverse effects.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, hypertension, asthma, or in those receiving anticoagulants or treatments that may increase the risk of bleeding. Renal function should be monitored in elderly patients or those with conditions that may affect renal function. Prolonged use is not recommended due to the risk of gastrointestinal and renal adverse effects.

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30°C, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
