Indications
Sensidex is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, rhinorrhea (nasal discharge), nasal and ocular pruritus (itching), as well as for the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria. Desloratadine, the active ingredient in Sensidex, acts as a non-sedating antihistamine, providing relief from allergic symptoms without causing significant drowsiness in most patients. Its use may be considered for adults and children over 12 years of age, always under the supervision of a healthcare professional.
Composition
Each Sensidex tablet contains 5 mg of desloratadine as the active ingredient. Excipients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, starch, magnesium stearate, and other excipients.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to desloratadine or any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe renal insufficiency without the supervision of a doctor.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with liver diseases, as desloratadine metabolism may be affected. Furthermore, it is advisable to avoid using this medication in combination with other antihistamines without proper medical supervision.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
