Indications
Sensibit-Rin is indicated for the relief of nasal symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, including nasal congestion, sneezing, and runny nose. Additionally, it is used for the treatment of symptoms similar to those of a common cold. The combination of phenylephrine, a decongestant, and loratadine, an antihistamine, allows for a synergistic action that helps reduce inflammation and improve nasal breathing. Its use is recommended for patients with seasonal allergy symptoms, as well as those who require rapid nasal decongestion.
Composition
Each 5 ml of solution contains: Phenylephrine 0.4 mg and Loratadine 0.1 mg.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be used in patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, or in those taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when using Sensibit-Rin in patients with asthma, heart disease, diabetes, or thyroid problems. Prolonged use of the medication without proper medical supervision is recommended to be avoided. Furthermore, care should be taken when administering to elderly patients or those with chronic diseases that may be affected by phenylephrine.
Storage
Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius, in a dry place away from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
