Indications
Sensibit Ped Solution 1% is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with allergic diseases, such as seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, as well as chronic idiopathic urticaria. This medicine works by blocking the effects of histamine, a substance the body produces during an allergic reaction, which helps reduce symptoms such as sneezing, itching, runny nose, and watery eyes. Its use is suggested in pediatric patients over two years of age, always under the supervision of a physician.
Composition
Each 1 ml of solution contains 10 mg of loratadine as the active ingredient. Additionally, it contains excipients that facilitate its formulation and administration.
Contraindications
This medicine is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to loratadine or any component of the formulation. It should not be administered in combination with certain medications that may interfere with its effect or increase the risk of adverse effects.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with liver or kidney diseases, as well as in those taking other medications that may interact with loratadine. The use of this medicine is not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women without prior medical consultation.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
