Indications
Sensibit Orodispersible is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, rhinorrhea (nasal discharge), nasal and ocular pruritus. In addition, it is used to relieve the symptoms of chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives) and other allergic manifestations. Its antihistamine action helps reduce the body's reaction to allergens by blocking the action of histamine, a substance released during allergic reactions.
Composition
Each Sensibit Orodispersible tablet contains 10 mg of Loratadine as the active ingredient. Excipients: mannitol, citric acid, strawberry flavor, among others.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in people with known hypersensitivity to loratadine or any of the excipients in the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe hepatic insufficiency, as well as in pregnant or breastfeeding women, unless indicated by a doctor.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering Sensibit Orodispersible to patients with liver or kidney diseases. It is also recommended to assess the need to discontinue treatment before performing skin tests for allergies, as it may interfere with the results. The use of this medication in combination with alcohol or sedatives is not recommended, as it may potentiate their effects.
Storage
Keep the product in its original packaging, in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
