Indications
Saprame (Bezafibrate) is indicated for the treatment of dyslipidemias, including hypercholesterolemia and hypertriglyceridemia, in patients who have not responded adequately to diet and exercise. This medication helps reduce total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and triglyceride levels, and can be used as part of a combination therapy in patients with high cardiovascular risk. Likewise, it is recommended in cases where the aim is to improve the patient's lipid profile to prevent cardiovascular diseases.
Composition
Each Saprame capsule contains 200 mg of Bezafibrate, as well as the necessary excipients for its formulation.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Bezafibrate or any of the product's excipients. It should not be used in patients with severe renal insufficiency, active liver disease, or gallbladder disease.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of liver or kidney problems, as well as in those taking other medications that may affect lipid metabolism. Regular monitoring of lipid levels and liver function is important during treatment with Bezafibrate.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
