Indications
Redustat is indicated for the treatment of obesity in adults, as an adjunct to a hypocaloric diet and a physical exercise program. Its use is especially recommended in patients with a body mass index (BMI) equal to or greater than 30 kg/m², or in those with a BMI equal to or greater than 27 kg/m² who present associated comorbidities, such as type 2 diabetes or dyslipidemia. Redustat works by inhibiting the absorption of fats in the gastrointestinal tract, which contributes to body weight reduction and improves metabolic parameters in overweight and obese patients.
Composition
Each Redustat capsule contains 60 mg of Orlistat as the active ingredient. Excipients include: microcrystalline cellulose, starch, and other inert excipients.
Contraindications
Redustat is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Orlistat or any component of the formula. It should not be used by people with chronic malabsorption syndrome, cholestasis, or in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with thyroid diseases, coagulation disorders, or those taking medications that affect nutrient absorption. It is important to perform medical monitoring and evaluate liver function before and during treatment with Redustat.

Store Redustat at room temperature, in a dry place and away from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
