Indications
Premone is indicated for the treatment of menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, and vaginal dryness. It is also used in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for women who have undergone a hysterectomy. Additionally, its use may be considered in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis in women at high risk of fractures. Administration should be periodically evaluated by a physician, considering the benefits and risks associated with hormone treatment.
Composition
Each 1 g of cream contains: Conjugated Estrogens 62.5 mg.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with a history of breast cancer, endometrial cancer, or any type of hormone-dependent cancer. It should not be used in cases of undiagnosed vaginal bleeding, deep vein thrombosis, or pulmonary embolism, nor in patients with active or decompensated liver disease. It is also contraindicated in women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Precautions
Special care should be taken in women with a family history of breast cancer or cardiovascular diseases. Regular medical follow-up is important to assess the need to continue treatment. The administration of Premone may increase the risk of thromboembolism, so it is recommended to carefully evaluate the patient's general health status before starting treatment.

Store at room temperature, between 15°C and 30°C, and protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
