Indications
Neosporin Dermal Cream is indicated for the treatment of skin lesions that are infected or at risk of infection due to the presence of susceptible bacteria. It is useful in the management of wounds, minor burns, cuts, and scrapes, as well as in the prevention of infections in damaged skin areas. This medication can be applied to superficial lesions and surgical wounds, provided that the doctor's instructions are followed. It is important to note that its use should be restricted to affected areas and should not be applied to large areas of skin or to deep or severe wounds, as it may be ineffective or cause adverse effects. Be sure to follow the usage instructions provided by your doctor or the indications on the product packaging.
Composition
Each 1 g of cream contains: Bacitracin 500 u, Neomycin 3.5 mg, Polymyxin B 10,000 u.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to any of the components of the formula. Its use should also be avoided in patients with a history of severe allergic reactions to topical antibacterials or any other component of the cream.
Precautions
Avoid contact with eyes and do not apply to deep wounds, severe burns, or large areas of skin. In case of adverse reactions, treatment should be discontinued and a doctor consulted. Its use is not recommended in children under 2 years of age without medical supervision.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
