Indications
Mucovibrol Drops is indicated for the treatment of respiratory disorders associated with the accumulation of mucous secretions, such as in cases of acute and chronic bronchitis, asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD). This medication acts as a mucolytic, facilitating the elimination of secretions and improving breathing. It is also recommended in cases of respiratory infections where the fluidification of mucus can be beneficial. Ambroxol administration may be useful in the prevention of respiratory complications in patients with underlying pulmonary pathology.
Composition
Each 1 ml of Mucovibrol Drops contains 0.75 g of Ambroxol.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Ambroxol or to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with active gastric or duodenal ulcers because it may increase the risk of bleeding. Its use should also be avoided in patients with severe kidney diseases without medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of liver disease. It is important to monitor patients with severe respiratory problems, as well as those with conditions that may compromise expectoration. During pregnancy and lactation, the use of Mucovibrol Drops should be evaluated by a doctor to ensure the safety of both the mother and the fetus or infant.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of the reach of children. The storage temperature should not exceed 25°C.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00.
