Indications
Mucovibrol C is indicated for the treatment of respiratory diseases involving productive cough and abundant bronchial secretions. It is used to facilitate the elimination of mucous secretions in conditions such as chronic bronchitis, asthma, and other respiratory conditions requiring mucolytic therapy. The combination of ambroxol and clenbuterol enhances expectorant and bronchodilator action, thereby improving pulmonary ventilation and relieving dyspnea.
Composition
Each 1 ml of Mucovibrol C contains:
- Ambroxol: 0.75 g
- Clenbuterol: 0.0005 g
Excipients: q.s.p. 1 ml.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with pheochromocytoma or those with severe heart disease.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of arrhythmias or heart problems, as well as in those undergoing treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). Medical follow-up is recommended if adverse reactions occur. Use in pregnant and breastfeeding women is not recommended unless strictly necessary and under the supervision of a physician.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package.
