Indications
Metamucil is a product indicated for the treatment of occasional constipation. Its formula, based on Plantago Psyllium, acts as a bulk-forming laxative, helping to promote regular and gentle bowel movements. Additionally, it is used for the management of high cholesterol levels in the blood, as it contributes to the reduction of total cholesterol and LDL (bad cholesterol) when included as part of a diet low in saturated fats and cholesterol. This product can also help maintain digestive health, promoting intestinal transit and alleviating symptoms of digestive discomfort, such as bloating and abdominal discomfort.
Composition
