Indications
Flanax Nocto is indicated for the temporary relief of occasional insomnia symptoms, as well as for the treatment of mild to moderate pain. It is useful in cases of muscle pain, headache, menstrual pain, and other conditions requiring an analgesic. The combination of naproxen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and diphenhydramine, an antihistamine, provides a synergistic effect that can facilitate sleep while relieving pain.
Composition
Each tablet contains:
- Naproxen: 250 mg
- Diphenhydramine: 25 mg
Contraindications
Flanax Nocto is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be used in patients with a history of gastric ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding. It is also contraindicated in patients who are being treated with other NSAIDs or who have severe kidney disease.
Precautions
Caution is advised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal problems, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, asthma, or liver diseases. Its use in combination with alcohol is not recommended, as it may increase the risk of adverse effects. Furthermore, its use during pregnancy and lactation should be avoided unless under strict medical supervision.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
