Indications
Dalvear Sf is a medication indicated for the treatment of respiratory conditions that involve dry and productive cough. Its combination of Dropropizine, an antitussive, and Bromhexine, a mucolytic, helps relieve cough and facilitate the expulsion of bronchial secretions. This medication may be useful in cases of bronchitis, asthma, and other respiratory pathologies where irritative cough or airway congestion is present. Composition
Each 10 ml of syrup contains:
- Dropropizine: 150 mg
- Bromhexine: 80 mg
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with a history of severe gastrointestinal problems or active peptic ulcer.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with liver or kidney diseases, as well as in those with conditions that may worsen the cough. Its use during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended without proper medical supervision. It is important to avoid self-medication and follow the instructions of the health professional.
