Indications
Dalvear is a medication indicated for the treatment of dry and productive cough. The combination of Dropropizine and Bromhexine acts synergistically to relieve symptoms associated with respiratory conditions. Dropropizine is an antitussive that suppresses the cough reflex, providing effective relief, while Bromhexine acts as a mucolytic, facilitating the elimination of bronchial secretions and improving breathing. This medication is useful in conditions such as acute and chronic bronchitis, as well as in other respiratory diseases where cough is a prominent symptom.
Composition
Each 100 ml of syrup contains: Dropropizine 150 mg and Bromhexine 80 mg. Excipients: Sorbitol, citric acid, flavoring, and purified water.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be administered to patients with active peptic ulcer or those with severe liver or kidney function disorders. Furthermore, its use in children under 2 years of age without medical supervision should be avoided.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of asthma or obstructive respiratory diseases. If symptoms persist for more than 5 days, it is recommended to consult a doctor. Likewise, this medication should be used under strict medical supervision in patients who are taking other medications that may interact with its components.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children and protect from direct light.
