Indications
Caridoxen is indicated for the treatment of acute pain, including muscle pain, back pain, and other painful conditions that require the use of an analgesic and a muscle relaxant. Its combination of naproxen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and carisoprodol, a muscle relaxant, acts synergistically to relieve pain and muscle tension, thereby improving the patient's mobility and well-being. It can also be used in the management of conditions such as fibromyalgia and pain associated with sports injuries.
Composition
Each Caridoxen capsule contains:
- Naproxen: 250 mg
- Carisoprodol: 200 mg
Contraindications
Caridoxen is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, a history of peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding, severe renal failure, as well as in those patients who have had adverse reactions to other NSAIDs. Its use during pregnancy and lactation should be evaluated and supervised by a physician.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of liver, cardiovascular, or gastrointestinal diseases. Avoid concomitant use with other NSAIDs or anticoagulants, due to the risk of adverse effects. Continuous medical follow-up is important for patients requiring prolonged treatments.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the packaging.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
