Indications

Zypred is indicated for the treatment of ocular infections caused by bacteria susceptible to gatifloxacin, as well as in the management of inflammatory eye conditions associated with allergic or autoimmune diseases. This medication can be used in cases of allergic conjunctivitis, keratitis, and other conditions that require antibacterial and anti-inflammatory treatment. It is important to follow the doctor's instructions regarding the duration and treatment regimen to ensure the effectiveness of the product and minimize the risk of adverse effects.

Composition

Each ml of Zypred contains: Gatifloxacin 0.3% and Prednisolone 1% as active ingredients, as well as excipients that allow for the proper formulation of the product.

Contraindications

It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be used in viral or fungal eye infections, nor in patients with a history of severe adverse reactions to corticosteroids or fluoroquinolone antibiotics.

Precautions

It should be used with caution in patients with a history of ocular diseases, especially those with viral or fungal infections. In addition, prolonged use of the medication is recommended to reduce the risk of side effects associated with corticosteroids. Regular medical follow-up is important during treatment.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
