Indications
Voguel (Sildenafil) is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men. This condition is characterized by the inability to achieve or maintain an erection adequate for satisfactory sexual activity. Sildenafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, allowing for an adequate erection. This medication can also be used in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension, by improving exercise capacity in patients with this condition.
Composition
Each Voguel 50 mg tablet contains 50 mg of Sildenafil as the active ingredient. Excipients and inactive components may vary, and it is advisable to check the packaging or specific product information for precise details on the composition.
Contraindications
Voguel is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to Sildenafil or any of the product's excipients. It should not be administered to patients using nitrates in any form, as this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Furthermore, it is contraindicated in those with severe cardiovascular conditions, such as recent myocardial infarction or severe heart failure.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering Voguel to patients with a history of heart disease, liver or kidney problems, as well as those taking other medications that may interact with Sildenafil. It is important to conduct an adequate medical evaluation before starting treatment. Patients are advised not to exceed the recommended dose and not to use more than one dose per day.
Storage
Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius. Keep in its original packaging and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the packaging.
