Indications
Triyotex is indicated for the treatment of conditions related to thyroid hormone deficiency. Its use is essential in cases of hypothyroidism, where the natural production of thyroid hormones is insufficient. It is also used in the management of certain types of goiter and in the treatment of some types of thyroid cancer. This medication normalizes the body's metabolic functions, improving the quality of life for patients with thyroid disorders.
Composition
Each Triyotex tablet contains 10 mcg of Liothyronine as an active ingredient. It also contains excipients that facilitate its formulation and absorption.
Contraindications
Triyotex is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Liothyronine or any of the components of the formula. It is also contraindicated in patients with uncontrolled adrenal disease, acute myocardial infarction, and hyperthyroidism, as the use of this medication could worsen these conditions.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering Triyotex to patients with a history of heart disease, hypertension, or adrenal insufficiency. Regular monitoring of hormone levels and cardiac function is important in these patients.
