Indications
Tritace (Ramipril) is indicated for the treatment of arterial hypertension in adults, as well as for the reduction of the risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, and cardiovascular death in patients with high cardiovascular risk. It is also used in congestive heart failure, and in the prevention of the progression of kidney disease in diabetic and non-diabetic patients with proteinuria. It is effective in lowering blood pressure, as well as in improving cardiac and renal function.
Composition
Each Tritace tablet contains 2.5 mg of Ramipril as the active ingredient. Additionally, it contains excipients such as lactose, corn starch, magnesium stearate, among others.
Contraindications
Tritace is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to Ramipril or any other component of the formula, in those with a history of angioedema associated with previous ACE inhibitor treatments, as well as in patients with bilateral renal artery stenosis and in those with severe renal insufficiency.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of angioedema, those with renal insufficiency, and in patients who are receiving diuretics or antihypertensive treatments. It is important to monitor renal function and electrolytes during treatment. Use during pregnancy and lactation should be carefully evaluated, as Ramipril may cause fetal harm.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
