Indications
Triplixam is indicated for the treatment of essential hypertension in adults. This medication combines four active ingredients: Perindopril, an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, which helps relax blood vessels; Amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker that improves blood flow; Indapamide, a diuretic that reduces fluid retention; and Arginine, which may help improve endothelial function. The combination of these components allows for effective blood pressure control and may reduce the risk of cardiovascular events in patients with hypertension.
Composition
Each tablet contains: Perindopril 10 mg, Amlodipine 10 mg, Indapamide 2.5 mg, Arginine as excipient.
Contraindications
Triplixam is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, in patients with a history of angioedema related to previous ACE inhibitor treatments, in those with bilateral renal artery stenosis, and in cases of severe renal insufficiency. Its use is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with hepatic insufficiency, a history of angioedema, and in those who are undergoing diuretic treatment. It is important to monitor blood pressure and renal function during treatment.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
