Indications
Trimbow is indicated for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in patients who require combination therapy. This medicine contains three active ingredients: beclometasone, a corticosteroid that helps reduce inflammation in the lungs; formoterol, a long-acting bronchodilator that helps open the airways and facilitate breathing; and glycopyrronium, a muscarinic antagonist that contributes to the relaxation of airway muscles. It is crucial to follow a doctor's instructions to ensure the proper and effective use of the medicine.
Composition
Each dose of Trimbow aerosol contains: Beclometasone 100 mcg, Formoterol 6 mcg, Glycopyrronium 12.5 mcg.
Contraindications
Trimbow is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with acute asthmatic crises or in those requiring more intensive treatment.
Precautions
Special precautions should be taken in patients with a history of heart disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, or those undergoing corticosteroid treatment. Furthermore, it is important to monitor patients with glaucoma or urinary retention. The use of this medicine must be supervised by a doctor.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature below 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not freeze.
