Indications
Tribedoce Dx is indicated for the treatment of various conditions requiring the administration of a B vitamin complex, along with a corticosteroid and a local anesthetic. It is used in cases of:
- B vitamin deficiencies.
- Inflammatory conditions requiring the use of corticosteroids.
- Pain treatment associated with musculoskeletal conditions.
- Relief of symptoms associated with nerve damage and neuropathic pain.
- In situations where local anesthesia is required along with anti-inflammatory treatment.
Composition
Each 2 mL ampoule contains:
- B Complex (including B1, B6, B12)
- Dexamethasone 4 mg
- Lidocaine 20 mg
Contraindications
Tribedoce Dx is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the components of the formula. It should not be administered in systemic infections or in patients with systemic fungal diseases. It is contraindicated in patients with severe cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension, and in those with severe neurological disorders.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, or kidney problems. Medical supervision is recommended in case of prolonged use or high doses. It is important to consider interaction with other medications and the patient's general health before administration.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C. Protect from light and keep out of reach of children.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
