Indications

Tribedoce Compuesto is a medication indicated for the treatment of pain and inflammation associated with various conditions, such as: arthritis, osteoarthritis, musculoskeletal injuries, and acute inflammatory processes. In addition, the B complex contributes to the recovery of the nervous system and can be useful in cases of neuropathies. It is used in the management of postoperative pain and in situations where an anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect is required. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that acts by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis, which reduces pain and inflammation. Its use is recommended for adults and, under medical supervision, for adolescents. However, it is essential that the use of this medication be supervised by a healthcare professional.

Composition

Each Tribedoce Compuesto coated tablet contains: 50 mg of Diclofenac, and a complex of B vitamins including B1 (Thiamine), B6 (Pyridoxine), and B12 (Cyanocobalamin).

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to diclofenac, in those with active peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe renal insufficiency, and in patients who have had adverse reactions to other NSAIDs. It should not be administered during the third trimester of pregnancy.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when using this medication in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, in those with heart, liver, or kidney failure. It is advisable to monitor renal and hepatic function during treatment. Prolonged use may increase the risk of adverse events.
