Indications
Tradol Duo is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain, as well as for the management of painful conditions requiring a therapeutic approach that combines an opioid analgesic (Tramadol) and a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (Diclofenac). This medication is useful in situations such as postoperative pain, pain associated with joint diseases, and musculoskeletal pain. The combination of tramadol and diclofenac provides effective pain relief, acting on different pathways of the nervous system and reducing inflammation in the affected area.
Composition
Each Tradol Duo tablet contains 50 mg of Tramadol and 50 mg of Diclofenac. In addition, it contains excipients such as lactose, starch, and other components that facilitate the formulation of the medication.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with a history of severe allergic reactions to opioid analgesics or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It should not be administered to patients with severe renal or hepatic insufficiency, active gastric or duodenal ulcers, and in those who are being treated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of substance abuse, epilepsy or seizures, as well as in those who are taking other medications that may affect the central nervous system. It is important to monitor patients over 65 years of age due to an increased risk of adverse effects. This medication should not be used during pregnancy and lactation without adequate medical supervision.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
