Thealoz Duo Ophthalmic Gel is a product indicated for the treatment of dry eyes. Its formulation combines trehalose, a disaccharide that protects and stabilizes the ocular surface, and hyaluronic acid, which provides prolonged hydration. This ophthalmic gel is designed to relieve itching, burning, and eye fatigue, conditions that can be caused by environmental factors such as wind, air conditioning, or prolonged exposure to digital screens.

Additionally, Thealoz Duo is useful for the treatment of eye strain in people who wear contact lenses, as it helps maintain hydration and improves ocular comfort during use. This product is especially beneficial for people with dry eye, moderate to severe dry eye syndrome, and can be used in situations where natural tears are insufficient.

It is important to note that Thealoz Duo Ophthalmic Gel is preservative-free, which minimizes the risk of irritation and allows for frequent use throughout the day. It can be applied at any time and is compatible with contact lens use. The frequency of use may vary depending on the severity of symptoms, but generally, it is recommended to apply 1 to 2 drops in each eye, as needed.

Composition

Each dose contains: Trehalose 3% and Hyaluronic Acid 0.15% in a gel base.

Contraindications

Thealoz Duo Ophthalmic Gel is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Do not use in case of active eye injuries or infections without medical supervision.

Precautions

It is recommended to consult your doctor before starting treatment, especially if you experience persistent symptoms or worsening of the eye condition. In case of irritation or any adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a specialist.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Once opened, use within 3 months and do not refrigerate.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
  4. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next day.
