Indications
Spasmopriv is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with gastrointestinal disorders, such as spasms of the digestive tract, abdominal cramps, and as part of the management of conditions involving abdominal pain. This medication acts as an antispasmodic, which helps to relieve tension and discomfort caused by involuntary muscular contractions of the intestine. It can also be used in the symptomatic management of functional disorders of the digestive system.
Composition
Each capsule contains: Fenoverine 200 mg.
Contraindications
Spasmopriv should not be used in patients with known hypersensitivity to fenoverine or any of the components of the formula. Likewise, its use is contraindicated in cases of intestinal obstruction, megacolon, or active ulcerative colitis. Its use is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation, unless strictly necessary and under medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with liver or kidney diseases, as well as in those with a history of cardiovascular diseases. It is recommended to evaluate the risk-benefit ratio before starting treatment in these cases. The use of Spasmopriv in combination with other anticholinergic medications may increase the risk of adverse effects. Driving vehicles or operating heavy machinery during treatment is not recommended, as it may cause drowsiness.

Store in a cool, dry place, at temperatures below 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
