Indications
Solutina F Drops is indicated for the temporary relief of nasal and ocular congestion symptoms that occur in conditions such as allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, and other inflammatory processes of the nasal and ocular mucosa. This product combines two active ingredients: pheniramine, an antihistamine that helps reduce itching and tearing, and naphazoline, a decongestant that provides a rapid effect by reducing swelling and congestion of the mucous membranes. The administration of Solutina F Drops is particularly useful in cases of exposure to allergens and during the period of seasonal changes that can worsen allergic symptoms.
Composition
Each 1 ml of Solutina F Drops contains:
- Pheniramine 0.3 g
- Naphazoline 0.025 g
- Excipients q.s.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with narrow-angle glaucoma, severe cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension, or in those who are being treated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). Its use in children under 2 years of age should be evaluated by a physician.
Precautions
Caution is advised in patients with cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, or in those who are taking other medications that may interact with pheniramine or naphazoline. Likewise, prolonged or excessive use of this product may lead to adverse effects or a rebound of symptoms.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
