Indications
Softram C Drops is indicated for the treatment of various inflammatory and allergic conditions in the eye, as well as for the treatment of bacterial eye infections. Its combination of triamcinolone, a corticosteroid, and ciprofloxacin, an antibiotic, provides a therapeutic approach for the management of conjunctivitis, blepharitis, and other ocular inflammations that may be accompanied by a bacterial infection. It is important that the use of Softram C Drops be under the supervision of a physician, who will assess the need for this treatment based on the patient's clinical condition.
Composition
Each milliliter of Softram C Drops contains:
- Triamcinolone: 1 mg
- Ciprofloxacin: 3 mg
Contraindications
It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the components of the formula. It should not be administered in cases of untreated viral, fungal, or tuberculous ocular infections. Likewise, its use is not recommended in patients with ocular herpes simplex or in those with viral eye lesions, as it could worsen their condition.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of glaucoma, as prolonged use of corticosteroids can increase intraocular pressure. The use of Softram C Drops should be evaluated in patients with systemic diseases that may be affected by corticosteroid absorption. It is important not to interrupt treatment abruptly and to follow the doctor's instructions.
Storage
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
