Indications
Sensibit Orodispersible is indicated for the treatment of allergic rhinitis symptoms, such as sneezing, nasal itching, rhinorrhea, and nasal congestion, as well as in chronic idiopathic urticaria. It is used to relieve allergic symptoms in adults and children over 2 years of age. Loratadine, its active ingredient, works by blocking the action of histamine, a substance the body produces during an allergic reaction.
Composition
Each orodispersible tablet contains 5 mg of Loratadine as the active ingredient. Excipients: Lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, starch, among others.
Contraindications
This medicine is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to loratadine or to any of the excipients in the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe hepatic insufficiency.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when using this medication in patients with renal or hepatic insufficiency, as it may alter treatment efficacy. Its use is not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women unless strictly necessary and under medical supervision. Alcohol intake during treatment is suggested to be avoided.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
