Indications
Sensibit D is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with respiratory conditions involving nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose, and general discomfort. This product combines three active ingredients: Loratadine, an antihistamine that helps relieve allergic symptoms; Phenylephrine, a decongestant that facilitates breathing by reducing inflammation of blood vessels in the nasal passages; and Paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic that provides pain relief and reduces fever. This medication is useful in managing common colds and seasonal allergies.
Composition
Each tablet contains: Loratadine 2.5 mg, Phenylephrine 5 mg, Paracetamol 500 mg.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be administered to patients with closed-angle glaucoma, severe hypertension, or severe cardiovascular diseases. Likewise, its use should be avoided in patients who are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with liver or kidney diseases, as well as those with cardiovascular conditions. Its use is not recommended in children under 12 years of age without medical supervision. In case of pregnancy or lactation, a doctor should be consulted before using this product.
