Indications
Senosiain Bebe is used for the treatment of occasional constipation in infants and young children. Its active ingredient, glycerol, acts as an osmotic laxative, helping to increase the amount of water in the intestine, which facilitates evacuation. This medication may be indicated in situations where immediate relief from constipation is required, allowing the child to experience faster and more effective relief.
Composition
Each suppository contains 1478 mg of glycerol as the active ingredient. Additionally, excipients are included to facilitate the formulation and administration of the product, ensuring its efficacy and safety.
Contraindications
It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to glycerol or any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in cases of intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, or gastrointestinal bleeding. Likewise, it should not be used in patients presenting symptoms of appendicitis or other acute abdominal conditions.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when using this product in patients with chronic gastrointestinal diseases. It is important not to exceed the recommended dose and to consult a doctor if symptoms persist. Supervise use in children under 2 years of age and do not use continuously without medical supervision.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
