Indications
Seltz B Complex Effervescent is indicated for the prevention and treatment of B vitamin deficiencies. These vitamins are essential for energy metabolism, as they contribute to the conversion of food into energy. Additionally, they are fundamental for maintaining a healthy nervous system, as well as for red blood cell production. It is useful in situations of stress, fatigue, and physical and mental exhaustion, where an additional intake of these vitamins may be required. It is also indicated in cases of restrictive diets or in people with increased nutritional needs, such as pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Composition
Each Seltz B Complex effervescent tablet contains:
- Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) - 1.2 mg
- Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) - 1.3 mg
- Vitamin B3 (Niacin) - 16 mg
- Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) - 6 mg
- Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) - 1.4 mg
- Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin) - 2.5 µg
Contraindications
The use of Seltz B Complex is not recommended in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Likewise, caution should be exercised in people with diseases related to the metabolism of B complex vitamins.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
