Indications
Riopan Gel is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of digestive disorders, such as dyspepsia, gastroesophageal reflux, and gastritis. This medication helps neutralize excess stomach acid and relieve the feeling of gastrointestinal discomfort. It can also be useful in cases of flatulence, as dimethicone helps reduce the formation of gas bubbles in the digestive tract. Its action provides rapid and effective relief from symptoms associated with these conditions, thus improving the patient's quality of life.
Composition
Each 100 ml of Riopan Gel contains: 8 g of Magaldrate and 1 g of Dimethicone. Excipients: purified water, potassium sorbate, flavoring, among others.
Contraindications
Riopan Gel is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be used in cases of intestinal obstruction or in patients with severe renal insufficiency without proper medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of kidney disease, as prolonged use of products containing magaldrate may alter electrolyte levels. Likewise, it is important to avoid self-medication and consult a doctor before starting treatment if persistent or severe symptoms occur.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at temperatures not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
