Indications
Renegy is indicated for the treatment of iron deficiency in adult patients, particularly those who cannot receive oral iron or who require rapid iron replenishment. This medication is useful in situations such as severe iron deficiency anemia, patients with chronic conditions affecting iron absorption, and those undergoing surgical procedures or oncological treatments that may cause a decrease in iron levels in the body. Renegy works by providing iron intravenously, allowing for a rapid correction of iron levels in the body.
Composition
Each Renegy ampoule contains 500 mg of carboxymaltose, as well as excipients necessary for the product's formulation.
Contraindications
Renegy is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to carboxymaltose or any of the product's excipients. It is also contraindicated in individuals with iron overload and non-iron deficiency anemia, as well as in those with conditions affecting iron utilization.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering Renegy to patients with a history of severe allergies or anaphylactic reactions. Furthermore, it is important to monitor iron levels and renal function during treatment. Clinical follow-up is recommended to identify signs of iron overload, especially in prolonged treatments.
Storage
Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius, protected from light. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
