Indications
Regivas (Dronedarone) is indicated for the treatment of atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter in patients with structural heart disease and a high risk of arrhythmia recurrence. This medication is also used for the prevention of atrial fibrillation in patients who have experienced previous episodes. Dronedarone acts as an antiarrhythmic that helps control heart rate and maintain sinus rhythm in susceptible populations.
Composition
Each Regivas tablet contains 400 mg of Dronedarone as the active ingredient, in addition to excipients that facilitate its formulation and administration.
Contraindications
Regivas is contraindicated in patients with severe heart failure, those with a history of Brugada syndrome, as well as in patients who are hypersensitive to dronedarone or any of its components. It is also contraindicated in patients who are receiving treatment with certain antiarrhythmics that may interact with dronedarone.
Precautions
Precautions should be taken in patients with a history of liver disease, kidney failure, or who are taking other medications that may affect dronedarone levels in the body. It is essential to monitor liver and kidney function during treatment. Likewise, care should be taken when administering this medication in conjunction with anticoagulants or medications that affect the cardiovascular system.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
