Indications

Refresh Tears is an eye drop indicated for the lubrication and moistening of the ocular surface. It is designed to relieve the sensation of dry eyes and provide a refreshing effect in cases of irritation. Its use is recommended for patients experiencing discomfort caused by prolonged contact lens wear, exposure to adverse environmental conditions such as wind or dry air, and in situations where additional hydration of the ocular surface is required. It is also useful in the management of conditions that can affect natural tear production, such as dry eye syndrome. Administration of one or two drops in each eye as needed is suggested to maintain ocular comfort.

Composition

Each milliliter of Refresh Tears contains: Carboxymethylcellulose sodium 0.5%. Excipients: sodium chloride, benzalkonium chloride, purified water, hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide (to adjust pH).

Contraindications

This product is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in cases of active eye infections.

Precautions

It is suggested not to touch the dropper tip to avoid contamination. If persistent irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Do not refrigerate. Once opened, it is recommended to use within a maximum of 3 months.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
  4. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next day.
