Indications

Redbelgy Mast is indicated for the prevention and treatment of vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) deficiency in patients with megaloblastic anemia, as well as in conditions that require additional supplementation of this vitamin, such as in patients with intestinal malabsorption, gastrointestinal diseases, or those undergoing prolonged treatment with drugs that interfere with vitamin B12 absorption. It is also used in the treatment of peripheral neuropathies and in the recovery of neurological functions in cases of nerve damage.

Composition

Each Redbelgy Mast tablet contains 1000 mg of cyanocobalamin as the active ingredient, as well as excipients necessary for the medication's formulation.

Contraindications

Redbelgy Mast is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to cyanocobalamin or any component of the formulation. Its use is not recommended in cases of anemia not caused by vitamin B12 deficiency.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with heart disease, as cyanocobalamin administration has been reported to increase erythropoiesis activity, which could worsen existing heart conditions. It is also important to monitor vitamin B12 levels in anemic patients to avoid inadequate treatment.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
