Indications
Pylopac is indicated for the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infections in patients with peptic ulcers, as well as for the eradication of this bacteria in combination with other medications. Its use is essential in patients with a history of gastric and duodenal ulcers, providing effective therapy that helps reduce acidity and promotes the healing of gastric mucosa. It is also indicated in patients with chronic gastritis due to the presence of Helicobacter pylori, allowing for significant improvement in symptoms associated with these conditions. The combination of Lansoprazole, Clarithromycin, and Amoxicillin provides a synergistic effect that enhances the effectiveness of the treatment. It is important to follow the doctor's instructions regarding the duration and dosage of the treatment to ensure effective eradication and prevent antibiotic resistance.
Composition
Each Pylopac capsule contains: Lansoprazole 30 mg, Clarithromycin 500 mg, and Amoxicillin 500 mg.
Contraindications
Pylopac is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with a history of severe allergic reactions to antibiotics of the penicillin or macrolide class. It is also contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic insufficiency.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of liver, kidney, or heart disease. A medical evaluation is recommended before initiating treatment in patients over 65 years of age or those who are taking other medications that may interact with the components of Pylopac. Use during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended unless strictly necessary and under medical supervision.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
