Indications
Probizal ovules are indicated for the treatment of vaginal infections caused by microorganisms sensitive to nitrofural. It is commonly used in the management of vaginitis, such as bacterial vaginosis and vaginal candidiasis, as well as in the prophylaxis of postoperative infections in gynecological procedures. The medicine acts by eliminating the pathogens responsible for the infection and relieving associated symptoms, such as itching, burning, and abnormal discharge.
Composition
Each ovule contains: Nitrofural 6 mg, excipients q.s.p. 1 ovule.
Contraindications
It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to nitrofural or any component of the formula. Its use is not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy. Avoid use in patients with a history of severe allergic reactions to antimicrobial medications.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with liver or kidney diseases. Prolonged use of the medication without medical supervision is not recommended. It is essential to monitor the evolution of the infection and adjust treatment according to the clinical response. If symptoms persist or worsen, a doctor should be consulted.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.
