Indications
Priligy is indicated for the treatment of premature ejaculation in adult men aged 18 to 64 years. This condition is characterized by the inability to control ejaculation, which can lead to dissatisfaction for both the patient and their partner during sexual intercourse. Dapoxetine acts as a serotonin reuptake inhibitor, which helps to increase the time to ejaculation and improve control over it. It is important to note that the effectiveness of the treatment may vary from one patient to another and should be evaluated in conjunction with a healthcare professional.
Composition
Each Priligy tablet contains 30 mg of dapoxetine as the active ingredient. Additionally, it contains excipients that allow for the formulation and stability of the medication. It is recommended to review the package insert for detailed information on the excipients included.
Contraindications
Priligy is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to dapoxetine or to any of the excipients in the formulation.
