Indications
Prestoflam is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of pain and inflammation in various conditions, including:
- Acute and chronic pain.
- Rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
- Post-operative pain.
- Dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain).
- Musculoskeletal pain.
The use of Prestoflam may be appropriate in situations where non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) treatment is required to relieve pain and reduce inflammation.
Composition
Each Prestoflam tablet contains:
- Clonixinato de Lisina: 250 mg
- Diclofenaco: 50 mg
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in the following cases:
- Hypersensitivity to the components of the formula.
- Active peptic ulcer or history of recurrent ulcers.
- Severe renal insufficiency.
- Severe cardiovascular diseases.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical supervision.
Precautions
Special care is recommended in the following cases:
- Patients with a history of gastrointestinal problems.
- Patients with liver or kidney diseases.
- Elderly individuals, who may be more susceptible to adverse effects.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
