Indications
Premastan Gel is indicated for the treatment of conditions requiring progesterone administration, such as the treatment of luteal insufficiency in women who have difficulty maintaining pregnancy. It is also used in hormone replacement therapy for women experiencing menopausal symptoms, and in the regulation of the menstrual cycle in cases of menstrual disorders. Its use must be evaluated and supervised by a doctor, who will determine the appropriate dosage and duration of treatment according to the patient's clinical case.
Composition
Each 100 grams of gel contain:
- Progesterone: 1 g
- Excipients: q.s.
Contraindications
Premastan Gel is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to progesterone or any of the components of the formulation. It should not be used in cases of breast cancer, endometrial cancer, or active thromboembolic diseases or a history of such diseases. Likewise, its use in women with undiagnosed vaginal bleeding is contraindicated.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of liver disease, thromboembolic disorders, or cardiovascular disease. It is important to monitor patients undergoing treatment with Premastan Gel for any adverse effects. Its use must be supervised by a doctor who will evaluate the risk-benefit ratio in each particular case.
Storage
Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius. Keep away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
