Indications
Premagnol is indicated for the treatment of various inflammatory and autoimmune conditions. It is used in the management of diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and allergic dermatitis. It is also prescribed for the treatment of respiratory conditions such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, where an anti-inflammatory action is required. In addition, it can be used in the treatment of certain hematological and endocrine disorders that require suppression of the immune response.
Composition
Each tablet contains: Prednisone 5 mg.
Contraindications
Premagnol is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to prednisone or any of the components of the formula. It should also be avoided in patients with systemic fungal infections, active tuberculosis, and in those with peptic ulcers or severe gastrointestinal disorders.
Precautions
It is important to use Premagnol with caution in patients with diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, and in those with a history of osteoarticular problems, as prolonged use may aggravate these conditions. Regular monitoring of blood pressure, blood glucose levels, and bone function is recommended during treatment. Likewise, the use of this medication should be evaluated in the context of infections, as it may increase the risk of secondary infections.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
