Indications
Precicol is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate pain, as well as for the relief of symptoms associated with abdominal cramps. The combination of hyoscine, an antispasmodic, and paracetamol, an analgesic, provides a synergistic effect that allows for pain control and reduction of spasms in the gastrointestinal tract. It is useful in cases of biliary colic, renal colic, and other types of gastrointestinal colic. It can also be used in cases of pain associated with painful menstruation.
Composition
Each Precicol tablet contains:
- Hyoscine: 10 mg
- Paracetamol: 500 mg
Contraindications
Precicol is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of its components, as well as in those with narrow-angle glaucoma, myasthenia gravis, or conditions that require increased muscle tone. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe liver diseases.
Precautions
It should be used with caution in patients with a history of liver disease, kidney disease, or prostate problems. In addition, its use in pregnant or breastfeeding women should be evaluated. The recommended dose should not be exceeded, as paracetamol overdose can cause severe liver damage.

Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of the reach of children.
