Indications
Pepsane Gel is indicated for the treatment of symptoms related to dyspepsia, such as a feeling of fullness, abdominal distension, and gastric discomfort. Dimethicone acts as an anti-foaming agent that helps reduce gas formation in the gastrointestinal tract, while Guaiazulene provides anti-inflammatory and protective properties for the gastric mucosa, helping to relieve irritation and discomfort. This product is indicated for adults and children over 12 years of age who experience digestive discomfort caused by gas accumulation, as well as in cases of non-ulcerative gastritis.
Composition
Each sachet of Pepsane Gel contains: Dimethicone 50 mg and Guaiazulene 0.5 mg, plus excipients.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with intestinal obstruction or in those who present symptoms of appendicitis or pancreatitis.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, as well as in those who are using other medications that may affect intestinal transit. It is suggested to consult a doctor before starting treatment if persistent or severe symptoms occur.

Store in a cool, dry place, at temperatures not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
