Indications
Pepsane Gel is indicated for the treatment of abdominal distension and gastrointestinal discomfort associated with gas accumulation in the digestive tract. This medication is useful in cases of flatulence, colic, and other disorders related to excessive gas production. Its formulation combines Dimethicone, an antiflatulent agent that acts by reducing the surface tension of gas bubbles, facilitating their elimination, and Guaiazulene, which has anti-inflammatory properties and can help relieve irritation in the mucous membranes of the digestive system. The combination of these two components provides effective and rapid relief from symptoms associated with dyspepsia and hyperacidity.
Composition
Each sachet of Pepsane Gel contains:
- Dimethicone: 100 mg
- Guaiazulene: 0.2 mg
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with intestinal obstruction or in those with symptoms of appendicitis or acute abdominal pain of unknown origin.
Precautions
It is important to use Pepsane Gel with caution in patients suffering from liver or kidney diseases. The evolution of gastrointestinal symptoms should be monitored, and if they persist or worsen, a doctor should be consulted. The safety and efficacy of this product have not been established in children under 12 years of age.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
